Upon clicking ‘proceed to checkout’ or ‘pay now’, you will then be taken to Paypal’s secure payment. Once payment is made, an email will be sent to you as confirmation and we will get your goods sent over to you.

Shipping

Each product has an individual rate that you will see when in the shopping basket. Booths Music branded products and some other specified items have free delivery if you’re in a local postcode. 

Delivery

  • Online products and Booths Music branded products such as our student guitars, violins, woodwind and brass instruments will be delivered by a member of staff to BL and surrounding postcodes only as soon as possible. 
  • Requests to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour can be made by contacting us at enquiries@boothsmusic.co.uk or on Facebook.

Stock

All orders received by us are shipped subject to availability. If we are out of stock for an item someone will contact you to discuss delivery or refund options.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us on enquiries@boothsmusic.co.uk or on Facebook as soon as possible. 

Established in 1832, Booth’s Music has almost two hundred years of experience supplying musical goods across the world. We work very closely with our trusted suppliers to ensure that we can continue to bring fun and happiness through music by ensuring you can still obtain these products from us. Every effort has been and will be made to get your order to your door as quickly as possible (often the same day!), shipped intact and as advertised. There are factors at play beyond our control so, in some cases, deliveries may take a little longer than usual and we ask that you please bear with the relevant supplier and courier services. For any reason, if you are unhappy with your order in anyway then please do let us know via enquiries@boothsmusic.co.uk and we will do our utmost best to help.
