In-Store Purchases

Refunds & Returns

Refunds and returns are made at the discretion of the shop staff. If you wish to make a return, please contact 01204 522908 or call in store. 

Faulty Goods

If a product appears to have a fault that was unclear at time of purchase, Booths Music will endeavour to replace it with the same or similar product as quickly as possible. 

Exchanges

Exchanges can be made at the discretion of the shop staff. If you wish to make an exchange, please contact 01204 522908 or call in store. 

Online Purchases

Refunds & Returns

You are entitled to a full refund 14 days after receiving a product. For further information or return requests after this time period, please call Booths on 01204 522908. 

Music Lessons

Cancellations, no-shows and late arrivals

If you have a music lesson booked in at Booths Music, payment of the lesson is due in person during the lesson with the teacher. We ask that cancellations are made at least 24 hours before the start of the lesson.

For cancellations within 24 hours, a minimum of half payment to the tutor is required. In the event of a no-show, i.e. a student does not show up to a pre-booked music lesson without any notice or warning, a minimum of half payment to the tutor is required. For late arrivals, i.e. a student has turned up to a lesson but has missed part or majority of the session, full payment is required but is also subject to the tutor’s discretion.
