Tom has been an instrumental teacher for six years and has been teaching clarinet, saxophone and piano at Booths Music since 2012. In addition to his teaching, he is also an enthusiastic student of new instruments and in recent years has taught himself the ukulele, the bass guitar and has recently picked up the flute!
Having been an enthusiastic member of the Bolton Music Service while at school, he now sings in the BMS adult choir and is an occasional helper with various youth ensembles.
Since joining Booths, he has taught a wide ranges and abilities, both to prepare students for graded exams or simply to brush up on their playing for enjoyment.
